My Focus

As a Director of Product Design at Axon, I am dedicated to our mission to protect life. My focus is reducing gun-related deaths between police and the public by 50% in a decade.

With over 15 years in agency, SaaS, and Enterprise product design, I thrive on collaborating with global teams to tackle significant challenges that create tangible societal impacts. I prioritize establishing direct links between UX strategy, development teams, and business objectives.

Throughout my career, I've led teams in accessibility, global localization, design systems, zero-to-one product launches, adapting acquisitions to existing ecosystems and enhancing legacy products for high adoption and profitability.

I currently oversee the product experience for more than 12 Axon products and how they connect to our larger ecosystem, working across teams and organizations to align our users experience with the company's mission and business goals.

Adopting a coaching mentality, I assemble highly talented teams, entrusting them with ownership and providing the support needed for their best work. My approach centers on defining clear outcomes and supporting their execution through a user-centered perspective.
